Where we Ship to:

Monsoon Flowers delivers fresh flowers within a 25-mile radius of our store location in Cresskill, NJ. Also, as a part of BBrooks, a network of fine florists with similar aesthetics, we can send flowers anywhere in the United States. Same day deliveries need to be ordered before 12 noon EST. No guarantees are made for a specific time but every effort will be made to deliver your gift in a timely manner. Please note that orders are subject to availability and we may have to use different flowers that are available and of a gift-worthy quality. If you would like specifics as to what is fresh and looking fabulous today, please call or email us.

Home Accents are shipped all over the US via United Parcel Service. In-store pick up is available to those who are local to us.

Return Policy

Floral:
All Floral purchases are final sale.

Non-Floral Products
Non-Floral Productsthat are not eligible for return are clearly noted in the description portion of the product page.  If an item is eligible for return, a request needs to be made in writing by emailing us at services@monsoonflowers.com within 7 days of delivery to you.  Please include your order number, item that needs to be returned and reason for return. We will get back in touch with you promptly.

Return Shipping
If you would like to apply your credit to your Monsoon Flowers Account, return shipping is free.  If you would like your credit to go back on the credit card you used at the time of  purchase, return shipping will be deducted from that amount.
