All Floral purchases are final sale.
Non-Floral Products
Non-Floral products that are not eligible for return are clearly noted in the description portion of the product page. If an item is eligible for return, a request needs to be made in writing by emailing us at info@monsoonflowers.com within 7 days of delivery to you. Please include your order number, item that needs to be returned and reason for return. We will get back in touch with you promptly.
Return Shipping
If you would like to apply your credit to your Monsoon Flowers Account, return shipping is free. If you would like your credit to go back on the credit card you used at the time of purchase, return shipping will be deducted from that amount.
