Home Accents are shipped all over the US via United Parcel Service, USPS or FedEx.  In-store pick up is available to those who are local to us.

 Delivery Window:

Same-day deliveries need to be ordered before 12 noon EST. If you missed this deadline, please call the store as sometimes accommodations can be made.

We make every effort to deliver orders on time but make no guarantees as to what time your gift may be delivered unless you specify a time window when you place your order.  That said, during busy times of the year such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee a time window unless your order is placed at least 5 days before the requested delivery date.

Floral Availability/Substitutions:

Orders are subject to availability, and we may have to use different flowers than what is pictured. Rest assured we will only include beautiful, gift-worthy flowers. If you would like specifics as to what is fresh and looking fabulous today, please call or email us.

If you are unhappy with a floral delivery, please call the store at 201-250-8110 to speak to a team member and we will make it right for you.

Non-floral Products
Non-floral products that are not eligible for return are noted in the description portion of the product page.  If an item is eligible for return, a request needs to be made in writing by emailing us at info@monsoonflowers.com within 7 days of receipt.  Please include your order number, the item that needs to be returned and the reason for return. We will get back in touch with you promptly.
